Our philosophy

Naturkost Übelhör GmbH & Co. KG has registered Sachia^® as its own German community trade mark. The name Sachia^® stands for more than just a “standard” seed; it involves a concept based on a cultivation and marketing strategy according to the “live and let live” principle.

Since the beginning of the 2000s we had the idea to create our own Sachia^® brand, originated from our first Cooperative, from which the entire project initiated.

The farmers wanted to give their achievements a name. From there, we expanded the idea and started to develop the brand. Sachia^® is not only the seed; it is much more than that. It is an environmental sustainable product with a certified organic cultivation, a controlled cleaning and packaging system (acc. to international standards) and a sales distribution with a direct importer, who relies on ecological cultivation as well as fair trade partnerships.

Naturkost Übelhör GmbH & Co. KG is a business located in Friesenhofen, Germany, which imports organic raw materials from many different countries since 1987.
