Cooking with Sachia®
Sachia® Chia seeds can be used for preparing tasty dishes; either for salads, cereals or as a oil or smoothie – the seeds enhance every dish.

… for breakfast
… as delicious Chia yoghurt. Use 15 g of Sachia® Chia seeds and 150 g fresh yoghurt. After soaking you can enjoy it and you will have enough energy all day long. You could also use roasted Sachia® Chia seeds.
… for lunch
… for lunch you can add Sachia® to fresh salads, soups or to a self-made Gazpacho with tomatoes, pepper, cucumber and olive oil.
… as a snack
… as a snack you can enjoy Sachia® as biscuits, such as almond cookies, chilli chocolate balls, hazelnut cookies or almond buttermilk muffins; just add the Chia seeds to the dough.
… for dinner
… for dinner you can enjoy fish or Schnitzel breaded with Sachia® Chia seeds! Or how about a vegetable risotto with chopped Chia seeds?

… for sinful moments you can easily prepare a Mascarpone fruit cream with strawberries and Chia seeds.
This delicious combination is a great way to end the day.
Mix Sachia® Chia seeds with water (ratio 1:7), let it soak for about 20 minutes and stir it occasionally in order to avoid clumping. The gel can be stored in the fridge for several days and can be added to various meals or to dough for bread and cookies.
There is a traditional drink called “Chia fresca” that is prepared with Chia seeds. It is a mixture made up of fruit or vegetable juices and 15 g Chia seeds. Let mixture rest for 10 minutes, stir it occasionally to avoid clumps and finally enjoy a small nourishing meal!
Recommendations for consumption: According to the Novel Food Regulation (EG) 258/97 and Regulation 2013/50/EU, the daily amount of Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) should not exceed 15 g per day.
