Recipes with Sachia

Sachia can be used in the kitchen as well uncooked as heated, for example Sachia is a delicious ingredient for salad dressings.
Sachia seed or -gel are exquisite ingredients for salad.

Sachia gel
Take 1 Volume Sachia seed and stir it up in 7 Volumes water or juice. The fluid should be left for 20 minutes with occasional stirring.

Sachia in bread
Try also bread baked with Sachia seeds or –oil. The bread will be crispy and stays fresh longer.

Polenta with Sachia
The Aztecs prepared meals like polenta normally with Sachia. Depending on, whether the polenta should be a sweet or a spicy meal, the Aztecs flavoured their polenta with honey or with chilli and pepper.

Fruit-yogurt with Sachia
First you have got to slit 150 gr fruits of your choice. Afterwards the fruits can be mixed with 100 ml yogurt and two tablespoons of Sachia seeds. Ready!

Muesli with Sachia
Sachia is also a tasty ingredient for muesli. You can add two tablespoons of Sachia seeds to the muesli of your choice.

Pinole
The original preparation of Sachia is Pinole. You only need to add 2 tablespoons of Sachia seeds to a soothing drink of fruit or vegetable juice. The fluid should be left for ten minutes with occasional stirring, then satisfying and is suitable drink for diabetics and sportsmen, is ready.
